Resilient Voices: Civil Society SDG Advocacy Under Pressure in the UNECE Region

Across the UNECE region, civil society faces mounting restrictions, from foreign agent laws to accusations of inappropriate lobbying and funding misuse. Governments increasingly limit NGOs, especially those working on human rights, environment, and equality. 

This event brings civil society together to exchange strategies, foster solidarity, and sustain advocacy for the SDGs in a shrinking civic space.
