Unlocking the Potential of an Ageing Workforce

The online event will discuss challenges and opportunities related to workforce ageing in the region and its implications for achieving SDG 8. 

The event will feature: 

1) A presentation by the UNECE Population Unit, 

2) presentations of concrete policy measures by stakeholders from different member States, 

3) comments by a discussant from the ILO, and 

4) Q&A with participants. 

The event will also launch and share key messages of two analytical briefs on the same topic prepared by ILO and UNECE.
